2015 Film Photographer of the Year

Laura Gordon

Laura Gordon is a fine art photographer specializing in weddings all across the world. In the passing moments of a wedding day, it’s easy to lose sight of all that’s taking place and those moments seem to vanish before you know it. I direct my focus on preserving those memories and I long to make thoughtful imagery that is crafted to be classic and timeless. Through careful observation and  attention to detail, I am able to create a beautiful and unique narrative. Everywhere we look, we are surrounded by beauty, and beauty often comes in the simplest forms.

2015 Emerging Film Photographer of the Year

Kylie Martin

I am Kylie. I am a modern fine art film wedding photographer living on the east coast. Beyond photography I enjoy so many things in life. On my weekends you can find me sipping bubbly and poorly singing Taylor Swift songs.  I am the mom of three fur babies, one that meows and two that bark.  If I wasn’t married to my stud of a husband I would be a full time animal hoarder, I have yet to meet a critter that I don’t want. I hale from the west coast originally but adore Virginia and am happy to call it home. Connecting is my passion and the fine folks around here make that easy. My favorite moments are spent listening to crickets on the front porch with a glass of wine.
