In keeping with the lovely decor of our venue, Encanterra, which was modeled after a mediterranean village, we opted for a spread of fine cheeses, beautiful produce and fine wine. Our stylist, Karen, set the spread up on the vibrant tile in the courtyard. Everything from the bride’s dress, to the florals and invitation suite had a feminine and sophisticated quality. We used rich colors and a dramatic bouquet to provide an air of romance and luxury. We love the idea of a simple, yet elegant elopement with organic, high quality food and the bride and groom all dressed up in an intimate ceremony. ” – Mary
