I brought my own newborn to this sweet family’s newborn shoot. She was only eight weeks old and I wasn’t ready to leave her. She slept snuggled in her wrap against my body as I shot, inspiring every frame to create images for this family that would let them remember these precious newborn days. The ones that slip through our fingertips in an instant. The ones that we long for, yearn for their return, the ones we can never get back. “You were right,” the mother had told me when I delivered her gallery, “I’m so glad we did them earlier than later because he has already changed to much in the last two weeks.” ” – Alexandria
